Next Board Meeting is Tuesday, March 16th, 2010    7:00 PM at the clubhouse

 "2010" $150.00 Annual HOA Dues are now due

(payments received after February 28, 2010 are subject to a $5.00 per month late charge) 

Special Assessment $850.00

Payable per the following options:

A. Pay $850 lump sum by June 30, 2010

B. Pay two annual payments of $437.50, with first payment due June 30, 2010, second payment due June 30, 2011

C. Pay three annual payments of $300, with first payment due June 30, 2010, second payment due June 30, 2011 and third payment due June 30, 2012

 

THE "COMMON PROPERTY" IS NOW OWNED BY THE WATERFORD HOA

We would like to use neighborhhod businesses to repair/renovate the clubhouse.  If you are interested in bidding on any of the associated jobs, please contact one of the chairpersons listed below.           (Types of possible jobs:  structual carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, kitchen countertop)
